In accordance with current legislation and the provisions of Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "Regulation"), the Data Controller is Condor Trade S.r.l. (“CONDOR”), based in Verolanuova (BS), ZIP 25028, Via Kennedy 46.

Everyone has the right to the protection of their personal data. CONDOR respects the right of its users to be informed regarding the collection and other processing operations of their personal data.

Your personal data is collected and processed by CONDOR and the designated Processors for purposes strictly related to the use of the website, its services, and the purchase of products through the website. In particular, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- within the registration processes on the website, we collect your personal data (such as your email address, personal details) through the relevant registration form (My Account) to provide you with access services to reserved areas and services of www.inblu.com and for sending the Newsletter by email, where expressly requested by you;
- to provide assistance services (Customer Service), we collect your personal data (such as your email address) for purposes necessary to give you all information regarding the services of www.inblu.com and the purchase of products on www.inblu.com;

6. SECURITY MEASURES
