The offer and sale of products on our website are governed by these General Conditions of Purchase. The products purchased on inblu.com are sold directly by BLUINDACO ("the Seller"), with headquarters in Strada del Sabattino, 48 - 47896 Faetano (R.S.M.), registered in the E-commerce Register under no.: 376 of 08/01/2016 C.O.E. SM26618.

OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on inblu.com and carries out its electronic commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers".
1.2 When we speak of a "consumer", we refer to any natural person acting on inblu.com for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", please refrain from concluding commercial transactions on inblu.com.
1.3 In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" or any orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on inblu.com between the users of inblu.com and the Seller.
1.5 The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller who are present on inblu.com via links, banners, or other hypertext connections. We advise you, before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from subjects other than the Seller, to check their conditions of sale, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or the conclusion of electronic commerce operations between inblu.com users and third parties.
HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on inblu.com, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and transmit it to the Seller, via telematics, following the relative instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product, and the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the methods and timing for returning the purchased products.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, via telematics, your order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of products, via transmission of the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You can access your order form by consulting the My Order section.
2.6 Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be requested to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.7 The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.8 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.
2.9 The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect, or in case of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on inblu.com are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, the Seller will provide to communicate to you, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days starting from the day following the one in which you transmitted your order to the Seller, the eventual unavailability of the ordered products. In case of transmission of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund what has already been advanced by you.
2.10 By telematically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relationships with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms reported in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on inblu.com.
2.11 By transmitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and further information contained in inblu.com, also referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal.
2.12 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will transmit to you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (reference to General Conditions of Sale and Information on the right of Withdrawal, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal, and delivery costs).
GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
3.1 Only products marked with the inblu brand and purchased directly from the Seller are offered for sale on inblu.com.
3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on inblu.com within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on inblu.com might however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Ensure the final sale price before submitting the relative order form.
3.5 Purchase requests coming from countries other than Italy cannot be accepted by the Seller.
3.6 All products are supplied with a box and an identification label. We ask you not to throw away the box or remove the label from the purchased products, as they constitute an integral part thereof.
3.7 The Seller, in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without the box or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
PAYMENTS
For the payment of the price of the Products and relative shipping and delivery costs, you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form of the site www.inblu.com, which are summarized below.
6.1 Credit cards and prepaid cards.
For online orders on our site, we accept both credit card payments and prepaid cards (for example, PostePay) without any additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping. It is understood that you must be the holder of a valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products purchased online. In the absence of such requirements, it will not be possible to proceed with the order.
At the time of online purchase, simultaneously with the Order Confirmation, the reference banking institution will proceed only to commit the amount relating to the Order from the present availability of your credit card. The amount will be effectively charged to your credit card only at the time of shipping the purchased products.
If, once the package with your order is received, for any reason you intend to use the Right of Withdrawal, following the payment of the Products purchased online, the Seller will instruct the banking institution to credit the amount to be refunded directly to your credit card.
6.2 At no time during the purchase procedure is the Seller able to know information relating to your credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), transmitted via a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the site of the subject managing the electronic payment (banking institution or PayPal). No computer archive of the Seller will store such data.
6.3 Under no circumstances can the Seller therefore be held responsible for the eventual fraudulent and improper use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
To know the specific shipping and delivery methods for products, access the Customer Service section. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the indications contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on inblu.com. It is not possible to exchange the chosen item for another.
7.2 To withdraw from the contract, you must use the Return Form.
7.3 In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipping within ten (10) working days starting from when you received the products.
7.4 For the return of products, you must personally make the payment of the return costs for the purchased products. Any liability in case of loss or damage of the products during transport will remain your responsibility.
7.5 The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points - is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
- the Return Form must be correctly filled out and transmitted to the Seller within ten (10) working days of receiving the products;
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within ten (10) working days starting from the date you received the products.
7.6 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, the Seller provides to refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products with the exception of transport costs according to the methods and terms provided.
7.7 The sums will be refunded to you in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal; we will proceed to activate the refund procedures once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.
If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph 7, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you may obtain, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
8.1 After the return of the products, the Seller provides for the necessary checks relating to the compliance of the same with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7. In case the checks conclude positively, the Seller provides to send you, via email, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
8.2 Whatever payment method you used, the refund is activated by the Seller in the shortest time possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
8.3 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be performed by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
8.4 The value date of the credit is the same as the charge; consequently, you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
8.5 For the return of products, you must personally make the payment of the return costs for the purchased products. Any liability in case of loss or damage of the products during transport will remain your responsibility.

APPLICABLE LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
10.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation regarding distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
10.2 These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted based on it, without prejudice to any different prevailing mandatory rule of the country of habitual residence of the Customer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes inherent and/or consequent to the same must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the Customer holds the status of Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same based on the applicable law or, at the choice of the consumer in case of action undertaken by the consumer themselves, by the Court of Rimini.
MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of eventual regulatory changes.
The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on inblu.com.
